Paul Simon


Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1982, and after 8 years in a commercial firm in Central London, he established the practice at the beginning of 1990. He has experience across all aspects of Immigration and Nationality law from private client through to Business and Commercial Immigration. His present specialisation in the practice is on the acquisition of British Nationality. He read law at Gonville & Caius College Cambridge and then passed his professional exams at the College of Law (then in Lancaster Gate).

Anika Pandya


Anika graduated in 2008 with a honours degree in Law followed by the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in London. She worked in the private and public sector before joining Paul L Simon Solicitors in May 2013. She advises on all aspects of Immigration particularly focusing on migration for business clients. She deals with all Points Based System applications, taking clients through extension applications and Indefinite Leave to Remain. Anika also holds extensive knowledge in Entry Clearance and Extension applications for Overseas Domestic Worker and representatives of overseas business.

Juhana Begum


Juhana graduated with an honours degree in Law & Sociology from the University of Warwick in 2010. She has since acquired extensive experience within Immigration, Nationality and Asylum Law before joining Paul L Simon Solicitors in October 2014. Juhana is an OISC Level 2 accredited Immigration & Asylum caseworker. Her expertise primarily lies within European Union and family applications particularly those under Appendix FM; she also deals with all Tiers within the Points Based System for both sponsors and migrants, as well as a broad spectrum of Entry Clearance Applications in all categories and Immigration & Asylum appeals.

Joseph Sinclair

Joseph graduated from Cardiff University in 2015 with an LLB in Law and Sociology. He joined Paul L Simon Solicitors in November 2017 from the Home Office’s Litigation Operations Team, where he worked on claims for judicial review on behalf of the Secretary of State. His focus, in particular, was on claims relating to entry clearance, the points-based system and detailed analysis in matters containing tax elements. He currently works on all matters relating to the firm’s immigration and nationality work. 

Shahriar Fardous


Shahriar graduated with Honours degree in Law from University of London in 2009. He also has successfully completed Master of Laws in International Business Law from University of Gloucestershire in 2012 and Master of Laws in Human Rights from London Metropolitan University in 2013. He has worked in different Immigration law firms before joining Paul L Simon Solicitors in 2017. He works as a paralegal here who provides day to day essential immigration casework support to Paul, Anika and Juhana with his extensive knowledge and experience.  

Natalie Cohen


Natalie studied for her GCSE’s and A-Levels at King Solomon High School, Barkingside and achieved 10 GCSE’s. She joined as the new Receptionist in January 2016. Natalie’s role includes day-to-day administration duties, answering and directing telephone calls, scheduling appointments for clients, handling incoming and outgoing post, monitoring office supplies, and most of all, assisting and supporting her co-workers when necessary.

James Conway


James graduated with an honours degree in Accountancy and Finance from Middlesex University in 1990. He trained as an Accountant and specialised in Solicitors Accounts Rules Audits. He started his own specialist accountancy business in 1998 specialising in professions with client money: solicitors, accountants, estate agents and insurance brokers. He still has many clients in these areas. James joined Paul L Simon in July 2017 where he does the Legal Cashiering and Compliance Work with his assistant Lucy.
