Appeals

Applications are ultimately in the hands of the Home Office and are always liable to be refused. We have extensive experience of immigration appeals over several decades. If you have been the subject of a refusal, you should satisfy yourself that you have not been incorrectly or unfairly refused. Even if you have not been given a Right of Appeal, it may be possible to have the decision to refuse reviewed in the High Court. We can help you with:

  • Appeals to both First Tier and Upper Tier Tribunals

  • Judicial Reviews in the Administrative Court

  • Administrative Reviews under the Points Based System
