Hourly Rates

In the event that we are unable to offer a fixed fee for complex, lengthy and / or litigation matters, we will charge an hourly rate plus VAT. Hourly Rates will be subject to the seniority of the caseworker dealing with the matter.
Please note, fees are for reference purposes only and subject to VAT (20%), where applicable.
In all cases, notice will be provided in writing of the costs and expected disbursements prior to engagement.
